STARGO WORK did not start from a SaaS product spec. It came out of real manufacturing and global-trade operations: how to find customers, judge them, reply fast, manage product knowledge, quote, approve, make the PI, manage orders, prepare export documents, keep following up — and how to grow without only hiring.

Our method is forward deployment: software adapts to the company, not the other way round. An FDE enters the real workflow and feeds business rules, product knowledge and approval boundaries straight back into the platform.

We believe AI should genuinely do the work, and that authority should stay with the company. So from day one, permissions, approval, evidence, audit and rollback have been part of the product itself, not features added afterwards.
