This policy explains what the STARGO WORK website (“this site”) collects, why, for how long, and the rights you have. The site is operated by STARGO, Liuzhou, Guangxi, China.
What we collect
- What you submit. Name, e-mail, company, WhatsApp, industry, target markets, team size, current systems and your message, sent through the contact or newsletter forms. They are used only to answer your inquiry, arrange a demo and send the product updates you subscribed to.
- Technical logs. The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Your IP address, browser type and request time appear in the host’s standard access logs for security and troubleshooting; we do not build visitor profiles from them.
- Cookies and local storage. The site sets no analytics or advertising cookies and loads no third-party tracking script; fonts, images and scripts are served from this site’s own domain.
How it is used and shared
When you submit a form, its contents first reach this site’s Cloudflare-hosted endpoint for validation. Once the mail service is configured, Resend delivers them to sales@stargomoto.com to handle your request. We do not sell your information; sharing is limited to service providers needed for hosting and delivery, or as required by law. This endpoint does not write form contents to a database.
If the mail service is not configured or delivery cannot be confirmed, the page retains your entries, offers a retry and provides an email link. Your own mail client opens only when you choose that link; this does not mean the online submission succeeded.
Retention
Inquiries are kept for at most 24 months after they are handled; a newsletter address is kept until you unsubscribe. You can ask for deletion at any time.
Your rights
You can access, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or withdraw a subscription, at any time: write to sales@stargomoto.com or reach us on WhatsApp +86 187 7512 7878. We answer within 15 working days.
Minors
The site addresses business users and does not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
When this policy changes, the effective date at the top of this page changes with it. Material changes are announced prominently on the site.
